The kitchen is in the heart of the home which opens to the dining and living room area - perfect for entertaining family and friends. The kitchen features granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and comes fully equipped with everything you need to dine in. There is also a breakfast bar with bar-stools.

The dining room area has seating for 4. The living room features a couch, entertainment armoire with a flat screen tv and views of the pool/lanai.

The lanai/outdoor area is the perfect spot to spend your vacation... it is completely fenced in for the utmost privacy. The lanai has a dining table that seats 4, additional sitting areas, lounge chairs, & comes complete with a gas grill. The pool is heated to your desired temperature upon arrival!

The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, closet, and a private bath with a walk in shower.

The guest room (total of 2 bedrooms in all) features two twin beds and there is a full size guest bath. This home also comes equipped with a top of the line inflatable queen size bed for any extra overnight guests complete with sheets and pillows (house sleeps 6 comfortably)

There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and a soaking tub.

There is also a one car garage with bikes provided!!
